We're testing whether photo quotes are useful. A person on our team reads each request and forwards it by hand. We're still lining up participating shops, so if we can't find a good fit for your repair we'll tell you and point you to mail-in shops you can contact yourself.

Who gets my request?

Up to 3 mail-in cobblers from our listings that do your kind of repair and say they quote from photos or by email. Every one is checked against its own website. No shop pays to receive requests during the pilot.

How fast will I hear back?

We can't promise a response time or that every shop will reply. Cobblers are small businesses and some are booked for weeks. A quote from photos is an estimate; the shop confirms the final price once it sees your shoes.

What do you do with my email and photos?

We use them only to pass your request to the shops we forward it to. We never sell your email or add you to a mailing list. Ask us at any time to delete your request.
